You enter this spectacular 3 bedroom unit in the Molino de Agua residence building from an elevator that takes you to the 7th floor where there are only two units.  You private condo offers new secure beachfront luxury with private landscaped gardens on the edge of the picturesque River Cuale and ocean front views  from your private terrace.  The very large heated pool and gardens area and both accessible on private walking paths.


This condo is located in tower four on the 7th floor and has 3400 sq ft of luxury living.  The unit has had a tasteful makeover which has been done to upgrade and create a fresh look and spirit that we know will enhance your vacation. Concierge service is also available, at slight additional cost to meet you at the the airport and bring you to the condo, go through a familiarization briefing and take you shopping if you wish. Your Concierge is on call for all your needs and we will try their best to give you five star service during your stay.  Should you wish to have a cook, we can also arrange this.

In addition, you will feel safe and secure with the presence of an English speaking security staff patrolling on duty 24 hours a day in this private gated oasis. All the staff are very friendly and able to answer most of your questions.
