At Villa Marea Alta you can enjoy the heated infinity pool and ocean views from your private terrace.  The villa includes full staff and all the comforts and amenities for a perfect getaway vacation.  All this offered within a few minutes taxi ride to the Bohemian charm of the Old Town/Romanticz Zone and Los Muertos Beach. 

Villa Marea Alta is a very relaxed Modern Hacienda with a focus on indoor /outdoor living with breathtaking views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean. The villa is available as a 4 or 5 Bedroom rental.   The villa has 4 Bedrooms in the main part of the villa with the 5th Bedroom one level below considered the casita.  During the winter months you can view the Humpback whales with their calves breaching the water from your terrace.  Other months you may see turtles come ashore and lay their eggs.  The Bay of Banderias is a wonderland for marine life.  Not to mention the famous Puerto Vallarta sunsets every night.

Villa Marea Alta is part of a 2 Villa walled private complex.  The 2 villas are designed to be completely private & self-contained, just sharing the common elevator to the lower level for Beach Access for both Villa Marea Alta and access to the main entrance of Villa Marea Baja. 

The names of the villas translate as High Tide (Villa Marea Alta) and Low Tide (Villa Marea Baja).  Villa Marea Baja, the lower villa is closer to the beach and Villa Marea Alta the upper villa is a bit more private looking across the romantic architectural details of the cupulas on the rooftop of Villa Marea Baja to the beach below.

• **LOWER CASITA: Bedroom #5: King size bed, ensuite bath, AC, fans (located in lower Casita)  opens to sitting room with terrace with partial ocean view, single day bed, & sofa.  Shared bathroom.
