This beautiful 5,000 sq. foot (464 sq. meter) penthouse villa has 3 levels with 3 spacious bedrooms, 5 baths, plus a rooftop terrace with a private pool and bar. The open-air main living room/dining room area includes a heated Jacuzzi framed by hand-carved cantera columns and arches. Other amenities include air-conditioned bedrooms, full staff; including cook, house manager, daily maid service and 24-hour security.

Vida Alta can be combined with Vida Sol to offer a total of 6 bedrooms or with Vida Sol and Vida Mar for a total of 10 bedrooms accommodating up to 24 guests.

Master bedroom

This newly remodeled, large air-conditioned Master Bedroom of Vida Alta offers a king-size bed, personal TV, along with a sitting area and an oversized bathroom with double-sinks, shower and claw foot tub. It also features a large private terrace with spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding jungle.

Bedroom 2

This bedroom, on the same level as the master bedroom and offers a king-size bed, air-conditioning and newly remodeled bathroom with double-sinks and a large shower. It also features a large private terrace with views of the bay and north towards the lights of Puerto Vallarta.

This air-conditioned bedroom on the same level as the living, dining, kitchen and Jacuzzi area, is set behind the living area and features a king-size bed and private bathroom. Shuttered windows open for an ocean view thru the living area or can be closed for privacy.
