Villa Vista De Aves is located approx 2 miles south from downtown Puerto Vallarta. Villa Vista de Aves is completely private & self-contained with private entrance & pool.  Easy access to beach thru the complex garden & elevator and you will also enjoy the large common heated pool & beach palapas and covered open air beach club living space on the beach.

Villa Vista De Aves has over 5000 Sq. Ft of indoor & outdoor living space,  heated infinity pool & a spectacular water feature with 2 giant palm trees to frame the view of the beach, ocean and great sunsets. The main level is an open concept entertaining area with living, dining & very well equipped kitchen all flowing out to the main terrace with heated infinity pool, and lounging areas along with outdoor dining.

Villa Vista De Aves is designed with contemporary with simple lines, with an infusion of Mexican hand crafted textiles and one of a kind folk art.  The name translates as View of the Birds & you will see many sea birds glide past above the ocean & hear birds in the nearby Trees.

• Bedroom #2 – Two double beds, ensuite private bathroom with shower, large closet, in room safe and a small terrace and ocean views.
• Bedroom #3 –  King size bed and large private ensuite bathroom with shower and double sinks, spacious closet, in room safe and garden view terrace with seating aera.
• LOWER LEVEL BEDROOM:
• Bedroom #4 – Located on lower level of villa with king bed and private ensuite bathroom with shower, in room safe and small terrace with garden and partial ocean view.  (Stand up fan and A/C)
• UPPER LEVEL BEDROOM:
• Bedroom #5 – (Master Suite) Located on upper level of the Villa.  This beautiful bedroom suite takes up the top level and has a king size bed, large ensuite bathroom with double sinks and large tub/shower, spacious closet, in room safe, T.V.  and sitting area with sleeper sofa.  This large bedroom opens onto a private spacious multi-seating terrace which is half covered for shade with ocean and beach views and hammock.
• Each bedroom sleeps max 2 guests.  There is additional charge for over 2 guests per bedroom.  No charge for small children age 3 years and under.
