Villa Amapas II South can be accessed by either the elevator or stairs.   On the first level is the kitchen, dining and living areas along with a bedroom suite with king sized bed.  The living area looks over the heated infinity pool to the Pacific Ocean.   On the patio there is a stone dining area perfect for open air dining year round.   Each of the bedrooms have an ocean view and private terraces.

Villas Amapas I & II are side by side beachfront vacation villas - located in the Conchas Chinas area of Puerto Vallarta.  Conchas Chinas is known for its beautiful white sandy beaches and amazing sunsets. Both villas come with a full staff to make sure your stay is a memorable one.

Villa Amapas II South can be rented as a 4 or 5 bedroom villa.  This villa sits right on the most beautiful white sandy beach and is within walking distance to Oldtown/Romantica Zona, Los Muertos Beach, Blue Chairs and Green Chairs Beaches.

You will enter through double antique Mexican doors to your private elevator and step into one of the most spectacular beach front estates in Puerto Vallarta.  Located in the famed lower Conchas Chinas area, this villa has over 7,000 sq. ft. of luxury living on four levels.  Old Mexico meets modern comfort with the villa decorated with original works of art by some of the best known Mexican artist.  You must spend a day wondering through the villa just viewing this fabulous art work and the painted frescoes.

This private vacation villa comes with central air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Villa Amapas South has an outdoor bar and dining areas next to the magnificent heated infinity pool.  The villa overlooks the white sandy beach below. This spectacular villa is professionally decorated and furnished with a modern Mexican theme. 

Villa Amapas II South has a commercial gourmet kitchen which provides your personal private chef with everything needed to create authentic Mexican cuisine adventures. Tropical gardens and landscaping provide a natural backdrop for basking in the warm sun while sipping frosty margaritas.  Your staff will do fresh grocery shopping daily and prepare two full meals a day. They work Monday thru Saturday with Sunday and all holidays off.  Sunday staff can be arranged at additional cost.  Rental rate does not include cost of food, beverages and tipping of the staff.

There are actually 2 villas side by side that can be combines when you have a larger group and need up to 7 bedrooms.

 Four bedrooms at Villa Amapas II South accommodations include a spacious master suite king bed with its own private terrace with ocean view plus three large guest suites all with en suite bathrooms.  Your stay at Villa Amapas South will be an unforgettable experience that you will not soon forget.
