Villa Las Penas is a contemporary vacation villa oceanfront with views of the dazzling blue waters and deep jungle of this tropical haven.  A sweeping staircase leads to white marble floors framed with pebble mosaics, comfortable oversized couches, high ceilings, sunny skylights and a charming full service bar.

Villa Las Penas features clean lines, dramatic open spaces and vibrant local colors and textures. The Penthouse Master Suite takes the entire top floor of the villa and has a private ‘palapa’ for secluded dining. Also featured in the master bedroom is a private a sitting area with a hammock and a private terrace with a Jacuzzi and ocean view.

All bedrooms are spacious, with private terraces and ocean views.

This luxury rental features amenities consisting of: air-conditioning throughout the villa, ceiling fans and most important, there are ceiling fans on the pool terrace.  You enter Villa Las Penas through a private gated entrance off the main road.  The villa has a large, modern state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, laundry room, walk-in closets, and a two-car garage. Villa Las Penas has a full staff which include a cook that will grocery shop and prepare two full meals and snack Monday thru Saturday, English speaking houseman that servers wonderful margaritas and helps with food service, a housemaid and gardener. Guests will be welcomed by the house manager and given a tour of the villa and its grounds. Mismaloya Beach is just a few minutes down the hwy where guests can partake in the extensive water activities that are offered.
