Villa Lita

You enter Casa Villa Lita through massive wrought iron gates, descend a sweeping semi-circular stone staircase into a wondrous 40' living room with ceiling 18 feet high, open and wide to take advantage of the gentle Pacific breezes. Once home to the infamous Evelyne Boren, her original paintings are throughout the house on the colorful painted walls.  Glass-paneled doors open onto deep terraces and as far as the eye can see is the Pacific Ocean and a great view of the main surf break. 

The charming dining room is circular and enclosed in glass to take full advantage of the superb views over the Pacific and the cone ceiling, unique in design, is covered in native royal palm; the seating cozily accommodates 10 Guests. Dining on the terrace by candlelight, under the moon, with the lazy sound of surf gently breaking below is a lovely option. When rented as a four bedroom, Buffet Breakfast is included and served daily between 9 and 10 am by the staff.  There is a housemaid for cleaning of the villa.  For dinner service there is additional charge.  Cook will do grocery shopping and present receipts to you for payment.  Cost for dinner cook is $15 per person.  We can also have 4 person golf carts delivered to the villa at cost of $75 each per day.  You would pay this directly to the golf cart service.  If you want a dinner cook total per day $120.00 USD.

The sparkling modern kitchen comes equipped with every convenience: a Viking stove and oven, GE refrigerator with purified water and ice-cube maker, microwave and toaster ovens, coffee maker, a separate wall oven, purified water and a Texas BBQ Grill. On entering the living room from the kitchen is the Palapa bar. The TV, satellite, and music system are carefully hidden away in cabinets.

There are 4 MASTER BEDROOM SUITES, each one with its own private Terrace overlooking the Pacific and 5 Modern Marble Bathrooms.  Sleeps 8 to 9 guests with over  6000 square feet of living space.
