Villa Marbella is a luxurious Mexican style home located in the exclusive Conchas Chinas district of Puerto Vallarta. Enter the antique wooden doors and be transported into a magical setting.

Designed and constructed in 1997, Villa Marbella features wrought ironwork, stained glass windows, and hand-painted tiles. Each room is tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture and handicrafts imported from throughout Mexico

Villa Marbella offers 10,000 square feet of living area, and is one of the largest houses in Puerto Vallarta. It sleeps up to 16 guests in luxurious comfort.

Villa Marbella is a combination of Pacific coast contemporary with an infusion of Mexican design and organic details.  Located hillside in Upper Conchas Chinas, The villa is only a 10 minute walk to the fabulous white sandy beaches of Conchas Chinas.  With breathtaking ocean views from all rooms, Villa Marbella has spacious terraces for lots of outdoor living.  The villa is located within 2 miles of downtown Puerto Vallarta with gourmet restaurants, nightlife and shopping.  About a 5 minute taxi ride.

This 5 level villa is designed to provide the maximum in indoor and outdoor living.   Enter into a walled courtyard and pass through immense antique wooden doors to the main level with kitchen, dining and living areas that all open to the terrace and pool area.  There are panoramic ocean views from North end of Banderas Bay to the South end.  During the winter months you can see the Humpback whales with their calves frolicking in the water.

Villa Marbella has a total of 8 bedrooms, with the option to rent as 5, 6, 7 or 8 bedrooms.  All bedrooms have ocean views and open onto the common terrace.  The lowest level is a game room with pool table, games, books and a large screen TV and DVD player for watching movies.
