Villa Alexa is excited to announce an elegant new design, with main living & dining on level 2 with breathtaking views across the bay & south coast for spectacular sunsets, a new bar with your dedicated mixologist.  All of the bedrooms have new art, or other special details.
Villa Alexa is located hillside in the coveted enclave of Conchas Chinas with breathtaking views of  Banderas Bay, the south coast & Los Arcos Rocks, just a short 5-minute drive to the Romantic zone & popular Los Muertos beach.  The villa is the essence of gracious elegance & comfort, as Coco Channel once said “Luxury must be comfortable, otherwise it is not Luxury”.

Villa Alexa is designed for indoor/outdoor living at its best to appreciate Puerto Vallarta’s sublime climate.  The villa reflects the perfect balance of traditional Mexican architectural details with a minimal midcentury modern style.   Enter to the main level & middle floor with expansive living /dining space perfectly located to appreciate the ocean views, with vaulted ceilings.  During the winter months you can view the Humpback Whales with their Calves in the Bay of Banderas.

The location, view and design are only rivaled by the 5-star staff services, including chef, chef’s helper, mixologist & housekeeping for a perfect escape.  The villa’s signature cocktail, a Cucumber/ Habanero unique take on a Margarita, a contrast of cool & hot you will not forget.

• Number of visitors: 50% of registered guests
• SIMPLE VISIT:  máximum 2 hours. NO FEE
• POOL DAY: $20 USD / persons 11am to 7 pm
• DINNER:  $30 USD /person 7pm dinner service
• NO OVERNIGHT STAYS

“Villa Alexa was truly amazing, with the most wonderful staff of waiter-houseman, Lalo (who spoke English very well), Chefs Felipe and Citlaly and Housekeeper Lety.  The home was perfect for our group in terms of its size, the layout of the house was perfect, the view is spectacular, the rooms were beyond comfortable with great beds, crips perfect linens and fluffy pillows.  The chef and houseman worked with us daily to design wonderful breakfasts and dinners with homemade desserts and fabulous entrees. We couldn’t go without our daily midday fix of guacamole, the best I have ever had.  Beware you will gain weight”.
