This is our favorite beach house in Puerto Vallarta and is one of the few large villas near Old Town that has a wide sandy beach below the pool. The ambiance is ultra exotic and relaxed. Lush gardens create a private enclave. The backdrop of white sand, swaying palm trees and aquamarine waters has been described by guests as “a Hollywood set”. When you find the strength to pry yourself away from this idyllic setting, the popular tourist districts in Old Town are less than 5 minutes in a taxi or 15 minute hike along the spectacular Conchas Chinas coastline.

Casa Septiembre has a nostalgic, almost magical atmosphere: polished concrete floors, collector’s items, vintage photographs and Moroccan antiques are fused with industrial design details and subdued lighting.  There is a distinctive Art Deco element in the architecture but with organic nuances like flowing muslin curtains, a thatched roof bar, meandering garden paths and private, romantic bedrooms. Turkish rugs, religious artifacts, period pieces and imported furnishings add character and style.

The fabulous pool and beach are the best features of this property. Located on one of the prettiest beaches on the Bay of Banderas, the tropical style pool cabana is the perfect setting for entertaining, featuring outdoor living area, bar and grill. Staff includes a pool waiter to serve blender drinks in the afternoon. The pool gardens make a nice zen spot for in-house spa treatments.

Casa Septiembre is a 9 Bedroom villa available starting at $1750 usd/night for 5 bedrooms during summer months. One of the bedrooms is a double suite with two queen beds: 4 persons allowed in the double suite for no additional fee, babies and toddlers sleep in cribs for free, baby equipment provided. BEACH ACCESS AND LOCATION
Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta

• Stunning beachfront location in the Lower Conchas Chinas residential area on the southern edge of Old Town Puerto Vallarta.
• Conchas Chinas Beach is just steps below the pool, a long stretch of white sand beaches separated by coves. There is a beach path that follows this beautiful coastline north to Old Town Puerto Vallarta, about a  15 minute hike.
• Los Muertos beach clubs in Old Town are a 15 minute walk along the beach path or 5 minutes by taxi. Los Muertos is famous for featuring a mulitude of casual open-air beach restaurants that provide lounges and umbrellas 20 feet from water’s edge with food and bar service all day.
• Old Town Puerto Vallarta tourist districts are less than 5 minutes by taxi; unlimited shopping, dining and exploring on foot.
• About a 20 minute walk along the beach to Old Town, Vallarta is extremely pedestrian friendly, easy to get around and perfect for strolling and sightseeing.

  • Nightwatchman: a trusted and reliable member of the villa staff patrols the grounds at night and is the point of contact for maintenance issues and emergencies after normal staff hours.

  The vibe is vintage, nostalgic, magical. Designed by a famous filmmaker, Casa Septiembre has the distinct atmosphere of drama period piece set in 1920’s Mexico. Industrial details like Steampunk pipe fixtures and polished concrete floors are fused with antique furnishings, collectibles and old photographs.

  The pool area is the focal point of the villa. The tropical bar and grill is the perfect setting for entertaining, just steps above a large sandy beach with a protected cove for swimming.

  Casa Septiembre has lots of pool and beach toys, along with paddle boards and snorkel gear.  The villa also has a good supply of baby equipment: 2 Portable Cribs and 1 High Chair.  Babies and Toddlers sleep for free in parent’s bedroom.
