Description: 

Villa Verano has 11 bedrooms that are all air conditioned, with private marble en suite bathrooms, and most have spectacular ocean views of the Bay of Bandares. There are 9 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the casita.

There is a private stairway to a sandy swimming beach below the villa and stairs to the Los Muertos beach.  In addition, guests have VIP access to a private beach & beach club just below the Villa, called “The Puerto Vallarta Beach Club” accessed by an elevator on the villa grounds.

All guests while staying at Villa Verano have complete access to The Beach Club.

Villa Verano is known as the “Show Place of Puerto Vallarta” and was featured in Robin Leach’s Lifestyle of the Rich and Famous and he calls the villa “Pure Sanctuary.”

The estate has been televised in over 31 foreign countries, and has played host to many celebrities and dignitaries from all over the world.  This private estate is perfect for special events such as weddings, family gatherings, corporate mettings and Birthday celebrations.

 

The villa is very unique in that it has the best location in Puerto Vallarta and one of the finest full time staffs on the Mexican Riviera.  Located on the most tranquil part of the famous Los Muertos Beach, it is the only property in town to offer its own private infinity beach. The private estate is ideally located within walking distance to all shops, restaurants and exciting night life - no rental car is needed as we are steps from almost everything. The rate includes a minimum of 10 full-time staff members (consisting of our on-site bilingual concierge, three to four housemen, two housekeepers, two gardeners, two amazing chefs and a laundress)!

The menus are selected by the guests and all the shopping is done by our staff on an cost basis with a modest 15% shopping and delivery fee added. Currently, most guests are experiencing (for all the liquor and 2 to 3 meals a day) about $40 to $50 U.S. per person per day. Dining at Villa Verano is one of the highlights, the setting is beautiful, the food is excellent, and you have an entire Villa to yourselves!

  • Seven bedrooms have two queen-sized beds and four rooms have one king-sized bed
  • The air-conditioned library has hundreds of books, a piano, house computer with free unlimited high speed internet access, and Direc TV from the USA with hundreds of channels from which to choose. There is also wireless high speed internet access throughout most of the estate for those bringing laptops or other internet devices
  • All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and private en suite bathrooms
  • The menus are selected by the guests, and all the shopping is done by the staff on an “at cost” basis; there is no mark-up.  An itemized statement of the grocery bill will be presented to the guests the day before departure from the Villa, at which time the bill is paid either by cash or travelers checks. **Please note: no credit cards or personal checks accepted.**
