 Villa Amapas North 3 bedroom suites and 3.5 bathrooms with additional 4th bedroom add on if needed at additional cost.  

 The first level includes kitchen, formal dining and living areas and one suite with king sized bed.  The living area looks over the heated infinity pool to the Pacific Ocean.   On the patio there is a stone dining area perfect for open air dining year round.   Each of the bedrooms have ocean views and private terraces.

Villa Amapas I, also known as the North Villa, consists of 3 bedroom suites and 3.5 bathrooms and is located beach front on Amapas beach and Conchas Chinas beach.  

Villa Amapas I has a Mediterranean in style and is a unique combination of Europe and Mexico with a contemporary twist. Two levels accessed by a private elevator or stairway provide an incredible view of the broad, sweeping ocean and the mountains. The open airy architecture invites not only the sun but also the refreshing breezes of the afternoon.

Hand-painted murals by European artists along with paintings and sculptures, created by local artisans set the modern tone of this gracious house. Exceptionally finished in antique furnishings, the flavor is sophisticated and at the same time relaxed.  Traditional beams of timber and hand-crafted floors exude centuries of craft and style.  Private terraces offer solitude.

All bedrooms have ocean views and their own private terrace.  Each bedroom comes with complimentary bathrobes during your stay.

NOTE: A 4th bedroom (with 2 single beds) can be offered for an additional charge of $200/night plus tax.  This bedrooms has two twin beds, private bath and private entrace but no view.
