On the first floor of Casa Ventana Penthouse, bi-fold glass doors fold away onto the deck that wraps around the living and dining room area, and boasts a fully equipped gourmet stainless steel and granite kitchen, two master bedrooms, each with private bath, guest bathroom, laundry room and more.  There is an outdoor dining area also on this terrace as well as the upper terrace.

On the top floor of Casa Ventana Penthouse, you will find a spacious conterra stone tiled sunning terrace with lush tropical gardens, and your very own private infinity plunge pool. This level also has a bar with fridge, studio size master bedroom with cathedral ceilings with one king and one double bed and entertainment center, full bathroom, and a covered outdoor living area with built in furniture that opens onto the terrace and ocean views. 

During your stay you will be pampered by Lette, the house manager and professionally trained in beauty treatments and massage therapist, who will make sure you are always comfortable. On arrival, Lette will prepare complimentary welcome margaritas to accompany homemade tortillas, salsa, and guacamole. Feel free to make arrangements with Lette to shop for groceries, prepare exquisite and authentic gourmet Mexican meals, as well as for a massage or facial treatment. (Please note: meal preparation, cost of groceries and spa treatments are an additional charge paid directly to Lette).
