This beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom beach front condo is located right on the famous Conchas Chinas Beach just 5 minutes by taxi to old town/romantica zone for great shopping and wonderful restaurants.  Lots of art galleries to explore also.

The unit is furnished in contemporary style with very large terrace for outside dinning with ocean views.  During the winter you can see the Humpback Whales with their calves breaching the water.  All year long you can see dolphins and turtles.  The sunsets in Puerto Vallarta are some of the best in the world.

The bedrooms all have A/C, ceiling fans and flat screen TV's.  Modern kitchen to prepare wonderful meals or order out and pamper yourself.  There is a beach restaurant just a 5 minute walk south of the condos.  The beach in front of the building is one of the best for swimming and snorkeling.
