You have ocean views from all rooms froms in the Penthouse. 

The lower entrance level has one bedroom with two queen beds and en suite bathroom.  Entrance level had the main living and dining area with a large terrace where you can watch those spectacular Puerto Vallarta sunsets. 

There are flat screen TV’s in 3 of the bedrooms and on the upper level living area there is a large flat screen TV.

All the local sites downtown are just a short taxi ride or pleasant walk along the beach or you can walk along the cobblestone streets of this affluent neighborhood to town.
