Recently remodeled, Casa Mismaloya features a very large terrace with
heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi, and swim-up bar.
The large outdoor palapa with wet bar and the covered patio area
offer 2 shaded outdoor dining areas with a ocean view. Ample sunning areas,
with Cantera flooring can be found throughout the terrace. Spectacular sunset views year-round from all levels of this multilevel villa.
Living room features new furnishings, marble floors, a local wood (Parota and Primavera) custom-made modern entertainment cabinet with 50" LCD TV, home theater surround sound system, Ipod connection and outdoor speakers for the terrace.
The outdoor garden by the pool features mature palm trees, mango trees and exotic local plants, offering a very tropical feel, while enjoying all the modern conveniences of a remodeled villa.
All three of the bedrooms at Casa Mismaloya have en suite full bathrooms, ocean view decks and new furnishings.
From the villa, you have just a short walk down the hill to enjoy Mismaloya beach, one of the nicest sandy beaches on the South Side of Puerto Vallarta. The more sparsely populated South Side of Vallarta offers a more laid-back, tropical atmosphere to enjoy the simple things in life, like a spectacular sunset, with margarita in hand, with friends and loved ones.
Casa Mismaloya can be rented as either a 3 bedroom rental or at a lower rate as 2 bedroom rental.
