Casa Owaissa is so conveniently located walking distance to the beach in less than 5 minutes.  You can also walk downtown to shopping and world class restaurants or take a local taxi.  A short distance outside the properties main gate is a bus stop for Puerto Vallarta's Public transportation.  Or you can easily catch a Taxi.
Norma, the Maid and Memo the Moso (houseman/gardener) are the properties most valuable assets. They arrive at the house 6 days a week to pamper you.  A cook can be provided for additional cost.

Casa Owaissa is a traditional Mexican Colonial Vallarta style home featuring red tile roof and whitewashed walls.  The home is nestled in the exclusive Conchas Chinas area of Puerto Vallarta's beautiful South Shore. Your stay will include full use of Casa Owaissa, your complete home in Puerto Vallarta, featuring private pool and wet bar, two master bedrooms, with king size beds, two private baths, and complete kitchen and living area. You can watch whales, dolphins and exotic birds, from every level of this Villa. There are private spaces to read a good book, or open terraces in which to spend your days lounging and relaxing.

The Casa Owaissa can also be booked in conjunction with its sister Villa, Casa de la Hoja located directly above forming a compound of five bedrooms, six bathrooms. This rental option is great for larger families or a corporate retreat. Call for details.
