Casa Montana has great ocean views and includes 2 bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms. Our Villa is located 5-6 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta in a smallish community, though very well known called Conchas Chinas. It is considered (no kidding) the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta or so the locals call it. Puerto Vallarta is in the jungle and there is heavy foliage everywhere. It is very tropical unlike many of the desert resorts in Mexico. Our home is on a hillside overlooking the Bay of Banderas. The Villa is considered a sohisticated Mexican style, in other words not contemporary as is often the case in new construction. The floors are saltillo tile, walls and ceilings plaster, tumbled brick accents enhance the charm of the house. Once the three sets of French doors open to the terrace, you realize you are in another world. Open, airy, warm decor, swimming pool, ocean views, lush foliage, it just feels so right. • The two remodeled marble bathrooms are connected to the bedrooms. Each bath has a window that opens to an ocean view. Faucet hardware is brushed nickel. There are plentiful fresh white towels for the bath as well as towels for the pool. Our housekeeper Flora, does a great job of keeping a fresh supply on hand. Hairdryers, lotion and shampoo are available for guests as well as an assortment of other goodies. The powder room is on the first floor and is really special. An amazing stone sink in the shape of a nautilus is there for our guests to enjoy. The walls are faux painted in a warm shell color.

• The bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a security safe installed in each bedroom for valuables. Each room is decorated with local art and has designer bedding. Each bedroom has a view of Banderas Bay.  Master bedroom has a large balcony with ocean views, ideal for cocktails and watching a beautiful sunset, very romantic.
• Napping in the shade with a breeze or a personal massage is peaceful and luxurious as well. Patio of master bedroom has 2 chairs and a table with great ocean views.  Lots of plants surrounding the patio. Two sets of French doors open from the bedroom to the patio.
• Second bedroom has a king bed also and includes a balcony with 2 chairs. Similar to the master with a smaller patio and slightly smaller bedroom. Bath is the same size.
