Casa De La Hoja resides on the rich tropical hills of upper Conchas Chinas, just a 5 minute taxi ride to "Old Town/Zona Romantica" or 15 minute walk to the most exclusive restaurants, galleries, shopping, Los Muertos and Blue Chairs Beach.
The Casa is walking distance to the beach and town. The Casa can sleep max of 8 guests.
Casa De La Hoja is set amongst the most breath taking scenery that Mexico has to offer and there are spectacular views of the ocean and tropical gardens from every room. The casa is furnished in Mexican colonial style with a little modern thrown in. Bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans. Best feature of the house is that the bathrooms also have ceiling fans.
This Puerto Vallarta vacation Casa was extensively renovated in 2004. The house staff is available six days a week to keep the interior, grounds and pools in perfect condition for your visit. A personal cook is available upon request at additional cost. She will do all grocery shopping and prepare two full meals a day Monday thru Saturday. Cost of groceries not included in rental cost.
There is a private self- contained air-conditioned Casita apartment with a loft bedroom with queen size bed, kitchenette, and living area downstairs with a king-size bed. The casita sleeps additional 4 guests.
Casa De La Hoja can also be booked in conjunction with its sister Villa, Casa Owaissa which is located directly next to Casa De La Hoja. The houses together form a compound of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and two pools. Great for larger families or corporate retreats.
