Casa Peregrina

Casa Peregrina is a perfect villa rental for large families or groups looking to hold a special event or just have a grand vacation together.  This Hacienda style villa has 11,000 sq. ft. and sits on 33,000 sq. ft. of beautiful manicured land.

Casa Peregrina has soaring ceilings, wide hallways, incredible stone work, arches, interior fountains, and impressive gardens. There are 10 suites that are spread throughout the villa to ensure privacy for all the guests.  The living and dining areas open up to expansive terraces complete with a large, salt-water, heated pool overlooking impressive views of the ocean and mountains.

Casa Peregrina is located a short 6 minute stroll to one of the finest beaches in the area, Playa Las Gemelas. Feel like a trip into Puerto Vallarta to enjoy some of the fine restaurants, shopping or nightlife that this city has to offer. Casa Peregrina is a short 10 minute drive from downtown and the staff is available to organize transportation for the guests.

At Casa Peregrina you will enjoy a full staff of Chef with preparation and service of three meals a day plus snacks and beverages.  Cost of food, beverages and tipping of the staff not included in villa rental rate.  The Chef will provide you with menu suggestions to help you plan your meals before arrival and throughout your stay.  Should there be someone in your group with allergies or specific vegetarian needs or any other needs, Chef will accommodate their meals.  We ask that all guests have the same starter, main meal and dessert.

Houseman will help with serving food and beverages and of course your bartender will be more than happy to make any of his famous beverages.

Maid services are available from 9:00 am t0 4:00 pm.  There is a washer and dryer located in the utility room next to the kitchen.  Please note that the laundry area is for the exclusive use of our housekeeping staff.  Should you need assistance with personal laundry, please ask our houseman or concierge, and our maid will gladly assist you.  Personal laundry service is not included, however the staff can gladly help for an extra gratuity.

There is a prepaid deposit for food and beverage of $1,000.00 due with final pymt prior to arrival date to cover the cost of grocery shopping plus a 10% shopping and delivery fee.  All groceries and beverages must be paid in full the day before your departure.  Payment should be in either USD or Pesos.  Staff will give you all receipts and accounting.  Please pay either the houseman or the concierge.
