Villa Iris is located hillside north of the Malecon with breathtaking views of the town of Puerto Vallarta and the entire Bay of Banderas. This spacious 9-bedroom Villa showcases contemporary architecture with elegant details and a calming neutral palate. The perfect complement of sophistication with natural organic textures.   Villa Iris is a short walk to the sandy beaches below just north of the Malecon.

Enjoy the best of the indoor/outdoor living.  The main level living/dining flow out into the pool terrace with pool & Jacuzzi and lounges to relax in the sun and a fabulous outdoor bar where you can enjoy the villas signature cocktail, a Habanero Cucumber Margarita, the perfect balance of hot and cold. All rooms are planned to appreciate the view and most bedrooms have an outdoor space, large groups have both a great space to be together or a quiet time on their own private terrace. The attentive staff will complete the package for an unforgettable experience.  A prime location to see the best sunsets year-round.

• Shopping Fees: The staff at the villa will go shopping before and throughout your stay for groceries for meals and whatever additional snacks and beverages you would like to have at the villa. They will present you with the receipts for reimbursement; there is a 10% shopping fee based on the total of the receipts presented from the stores. Reimbursement can be paid in cash (pesos or dollars) or via credit card (which has an additional 3-5% transaction fee based on the credit card company).

Tipping: We hope you are happy with the service; we are often asked for guidelines for gratuities in villas of this type. Tipping is customary in Mexico; however, it is a personal choice & is based on quality of service. The suggested amount is $20 USD per Each Guest per each Night of Stay.   We suggest you bring white envelopes to put the tips in for each staff member and put their name on them.

 4 night stay x $20 USD = $80 USD x 12 guests = $960 USD ** 7 night stay X $20 USD = $140 USD X 12 guest = $1680 USD.
Villa Iris comes fully staffed so you don't need to lift a finger while enjoying your vacation.

Villa Iris Staff work daily Monday thru Saturday with Sunday as their day off.  If you would like Sunday service that can be arranged at additional cost.

Schedules:

Breakfast is served on or after 9 am
Dinner is served by 7 pm
Late Dinner service is available for an additional fee

Chef & Assistant: Oversees Meal Service for 2 full meals plus snacks per day including all shopping, preparation, serving and cleanup.

Houseman and bartender

Housekeepers: 2 Housekeepers responsible for making beds, changing linens and towels, and cleaning bathrooms. Housekeeping service is from 10 am to 3pm. No service after 3 pm. No personal laundry.
