Villa Ventura 2024

Villa Ventura is an oceanfront private villa with direct access to a beautiful secluded white sandy beach.  In fact, Villa Ventura  and just 8 other houses sit on arguably the only true private white sand beach in Puerto Vallarta and comes fully staffed with Chef, Chef assistant, Maid Service, Houseman, Gardener and security.

Villa Ventura has 6 bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and A/C.  Only the bedrooms have A/C.  All but two of the bedrooms open to a terrace with ocean views.  This villa is owned by Mrs. Fields (ie. World-Famous Mrs. Fields Cookies).  Beto, the Chef, has even perfected the famous recipe...

The villa is well designed and can be rented for just the size you want.  Should you only need 4 or 5 bedrooms please call for rates.  The interior of the villa is over 6,000 sq. ft., with an additional 2,000 sq. ft. of terraces, patios and a heated pool overlooking the ocean.  Should you have an extra large group, Villa Ventura can be rented along with the other villas next door.  

The main level features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a deck overlooking the ocean, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a 22-foot vaulted brick ceiling. There is a large bedroom with fireplace and a king size bed on this level facing the courtyard.

The fountain courtyard is accessed down a staircase.  There is one bedroom off the courtyard with twin beds that can also be made into a king.  This bedroom has no view.  On the same level with ocean views are two larger bedrooms, one is a master suite with a king bed and the other features two queen beds.  On this level is the pool, sundeck and a palapa-roofed bar. There is a stone staircase leading you down to the secluded beach.  There is an additional master suite and another bedroom on the lowest level.

Villa Ventura is only 4 kilometers south of the bustling town center.  No need to rent a car as plentiful and affordable taxis can be hailed easily.  Arrangements can be made for your own personal driver to provide you with professional car service.

·        MAIN LEVEL: Living, dining, guest bath, Kitchen and a Bedroom with king size bed, private bath, view to courtyard.

·        ONE LEVEL DOWN: Pool & terrace with palapa covered bar.  3 Bedrooms/Pool Terrace:

·        Master Bedroom: king size bed, private bath A/C, ceiling fan, TV, sitting area and opens to pool terrace with ocean view

·        Two queen size beds, private bath, A/C, ceiling fan, TV and opens to pool terrace

·        Two single beds (can be made into king size bed), private bath, A/C, ceiling fan, TV and opens to inner courtyard

TWO LEVELS BELOW MAIN: The lowest level 2 bedrooms:

·        Two double beds, private bath, A/C, ceiling fan, ocean view and shared terrace with other bedroom

·        Master suite with king size bed featuring a sitting area, A/C, ceiling fan, private bath, ocean view and shared terrace with other bedroom.

• Two miles south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, overlooking the ocean.

• Communication includes telephone, facsimile and wireless high speed internet.
• Your rental includes the service of a chef and chef assitant, who provides two meals a day for you, daily maid service, a houseman, a gardener, security guard and a general manager who speaks English.  All staff is off on Sunday and holidays unless other arrangements are made.
