Villa Mandarinas is a sprawling estate which includes the main Villa with 8 Bedrooms plus the 3 Bedroom Casita, 12.5 bathrooms and 2 salt water infinity pools.  The ocean terrace has a man-made beach with a man-made tidal pool and private Pier over the ocean. Great for water taxi pick-ups, wave runner, jet ski rental, yacht pick up etc.

The Main Villa offers the best of indoor/outdoor living with both indoor dining or outdoor dine al fresco under the soaring Palapa poolside, plus the open air games lounge with pool table. The 3 bedroom Casita overlooks the 2^nd pool & open air living space in a more tranquil zone perfect for reading, enjoying a siesta, or just relax & enjoy the view.

# 1 Sand Bedroom: 2 single beds (or 1 king size), Located just below entrance level.  Ocean view, private terrace w/Jacuzzi Tub, ensuite bath w/shower, AC, Fans, Safe, Tel, Coffee Maker and Phone in each bedroom for use for inside villa only.  No outside service on these phones.

# 2 Blue Bdrm: King size bed, ocean view & private terrace, ensuite bath with Jacuzzi tub & shower, AC, Fans, Safe, TV, Tel & Coffee maker (part of Main Villa)
# 3 Green Bdrm: King bed, ocean views & private terrace, ensuite bath with Jacuzzi tub & shower, AC, Fans, Safe,TV, Tel, & Coffee maker (part of main villa)
3^RD Level down Main living area: Living, media, dining, kitchen, guest half bath. The living /dining area opens onto pool terrace with Palapa covered open air dining.
# 4 Yellow Bdrm Bungalow:  King bed, ocean view & private terrace, ensuite bath w/Jacuzzi tub & shower, AC, Fans, Tel, Safe, Coffee Maker. Path to living room.  Great for handicapped guest.
# 5 Turquoise Bdrm Bungalow: King bed, ocean view & private terrace, ensuite bath w/Jacuzzi tub & shower, AC, Fans, Tel, Safe, Coffee Maker.
# 6 Magenta Bdrm Bungalow: King bed, ocean view & private terrace, ensuite bath w/Jacuzzi tub & shower, AC, Fans, Tel, Safe, Coffee Maker.

# 9 Yoga Bdrm:  Part of main villa. 1 King Size Bed & 2 Single Beds or option to be 4 Single beds, ocean view, private terrace, 2 ensuite baths w/showers.  This bedroom is located below the Yoga Zone terrace. This bedroom is great for Yoga groups, Teens or Couple with children.

Casita:  This 3 Bedroom casita is only included with rentals of 8 or more bedrooms. 

Use of second pool only with rental of 8 or more bedrooms.
# 10 Chocolate Bdrm: King size bed, ocean view, private terrace, ensuite bath w/shower, AC, Fans, Safe, Tel, Coffee Maker.
